for 20 years, he put up with the girls.

Jasper wanted just two things from life: food and love.
Definitely in that order.

In his more active years, he was quite the hunter. Once he caught a mouse, and after he proudly paraded it about for his sisters to see, Jasper ate the whole thing, leaving only the tail.
