Multicultural Day at Clearbrook
May 15th 1997
Students and staff at Clearbrook Middle
School celebrated diversity this spring by
by holding a multicultural festival, "Around
the World" . Nine countries were represented.
Each classroom chose a country for which
they developed a special booth. Students "visited"
each countrie's booth where they sampled
native foods, saw traditional costumes, and had
"passports" stamped after answering three
main questions about each country.
The festival was a great success. We learned
a great deal about our World and had fun doing it
