The Underwater Connection SCUBA Club C.O.D. (Central Ohio Divers)

We are a scuba club, dedicated to keeping divers active (an active diver is a safe diver!). We dive locally and take trips as often as possible. The SCUBA club meets the second Thursday of every month at The Underwater Connection at 8:00 pm. Normal club business is discussed and trips are planned.

Some of the trips planned are local quarry/campout trips, while others are more elaborate such as Lake Erie, Lake Huron, and Bonne Terre mines. Upcoming club trips include Cozumel, Mexico on June 18th-25th, 2000 and Tobbemoray, Canada on July 26th-31st, 2000

Club dues are $10.00 per year or $39.00 per year (includes membership to the PADI diving society).

C.O.D. club benefits – 5 free airfills or weekend rental of 2 tanks, store discount, discount on rental rates, free admission to all store functions (pool parties, cookouts etc…)

PADI Diving Society benefits – same as above and, 1 year subscription to AQUA Magazine, discount cupon book for airfare, hotels and car rental, $$ goes towards conservation and ocean awareness efforts.

• Check the club board in the hallway at the dive shop.
