Position 1
The
world leader in the production of highly durable metal alloys sold to Computer,
Telecom, and Automotive Industries is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer.
This exciting position requires the candidate to maintain and grow the
existing direct and distributor business in an established territory of Southern
Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois.
The
candidate will act as a liaison between customer and marketing, accounts
receivables, engineering, research and development and manufacturing.
They will promote the use of all products and how they may be safely
used. This Sales Engineer is
responsible for the pricing and profitability of the Customer base, while
maintaining weekly and monthly reporting. The position requires the candidate to
possess excellent sales presentation skills and have proven successful sales
techniques.
Candidate
would be based in Chicago or Indianapolis.
Travel is 30-40%. BS/BA degree preferred, technical degree a plus. 5-10
years of technical sales experience in metal strip sales, or connector sales
into Computer, Telecom or Automotive industries.

Position 2
The world leader in highly durable metal alloys
specifically designed for the plastic processing industry is seeking an
experienced Market Manager. Reporting
to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the objective of this exciting
position is to
develop appropriate relationships at key, target accounts
(principally to manufacturers of cavity injection molds, pinch off blow molds,
full cavity blow molds hot runner systems and more). The markets served by these are Automotive Appliance,
Consumer products, Electronics, Medical and container caps. The role will to
ensure that the material is sold into these markets and exceed industry growth.
Responsible for managing and coordinating activities in a matrixed work
environment, working with Sales, Application Engineering and Product
Development, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Financial.
This
candidate will be required to develop, coordinate, and implement all aspects
(sales training, technical papers/data sheets, target inventory recommendations,
key accounts, etc.) of product launch strategies. The company offers an
excellent base salary with future advancement opportunities.
Position 3
The
world leader in the production of highly durable metal alloys is seeking a
highly motivated Applications Engineer. This
exciting position will be for the Bearings division (spherical bearings and
sleeve bearings). The applications being mostly in the Mining and heavy
Construction equipment industry. Others
industries serviced are pumps, automotive, and agriculture equipment. This
position will require the candidate to develop a list of key bearings
applications based on the property set of the particular alloys.
They will establish target account list and strategy to attack each in
order to build revenue stream in the bearings market.
Must have extensive experience and contact list in the bearings industry.
Must be capable of developing and implementing a market-based business plan and
attack strategy (i.e. supply chain map).
Must
be willing to travel 50%, domestic and international.
Key responsibility is to develop accounts and revenue and
have technical capabilities to position the company as a premier supplier to the
bearings industry.
Must
be a degreed Engineer in appropriate discipline. Metallurgical or Materials Sciences preferred.
5-8 years Sales or Application Engineering
experience in the bearings industry.
