Ye shall not add unto the word, which I command you, neither shall ye dimminish aught from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

* 1 * Moses recounts Israel's travels; the spies report and rebellion.
* 2 * Israel passes children of Esau & Lot and conquer Sihon of Heshbon.
* 3 * Conquest of Og; Division of land to Reuben, Gad & Manasseh, and their instruction to aid brethren; Instruction to Joshua; Moses entreats God to let him enter promised land.

God is God of gods and Lord of Lords. He executes judgement for the fatherless and the widow. Love strangers because you have been strangers.
* 11 * Obediencå enjoined. Earth swallowed Dathan and Abiram; A blessing and a curse is set before Israel.
* 12 * Must destroy alters of displaced nations; Offerings to be made on place established by the Lord; Blood is forbidden; Don't seek to follow example of dispossesed nations; Exact obedience required.
* 13 * Enticers to idolatry to be stoned whether they are prophets, individuals, or cities.
* 14 * Mutilizations for dead forbidden; Meats,clean & unclean; Tithing.
* 15 * Year of release; Care for poor; Firstling males of the flock.
* 16 * Feast of Passover; Feast of Weeks; Feast of Tabernacles; Free will offerings; Follow righteous judgement; Idolatry forbidden.
* 17 * Idolators to be slain; A place of judgement; Duty of a king.
* 18 * Priest's portion; Don't do as other nations; A prophet is promised; False prophets are to die.
* 19 * Cities of refuge; Laws regarding landmarks, Witnesses.
* 20 * Laws on warfare; Tree of field is man's life.
* 21 * Expiation of uncertain murder; Captive brides; Children of hated wives; Stubborn & rebellious sons; if a man be hanged ...
* 22 * DIVERS LAWS AND ORDINANCES CHAPTERS 22 - 26 on dealing with lost property; men and women forbidden to cross dress; not take a dam with young; battlements on roof; no divers seed; don't plow with ox and ass together; clothes of diverse sorts forbidden; fringes on garments; husbands accusation against wife; laws concerning adultery and rape.
* 23 * Those forbidden to enter congregation of the Lord; shall not hate Egyptian or Edomite; keep wickedness & uncleaness from war camps; escaped slaves; whoredoms and sodomies forbidden; price of dog or whore not acceptable gifts; usury allowed for strangers but not brethren; vows to the Lord; on handling brother's harvest.
* 24 * Rules of divorce; On marriage a man free from war duties for one year; Can't take a man's livlihood to pledge; Man stealers to be put to death; Reminded to obey commands; Commands concerning leprosy; On handling pledges; Payment of wages; Sentence of death for ones own sin; Shall not pervert judgement or take widow's raiment for pledge; Practice of gleaning established.
* 25 * Judge can only order 40 stripes; Do not muzzle ox when he treads corn; Building up deceased brother's house and the rite of loosening one's shoe; Woman forbidden to help her husband in a fight by grabbing oppenents secret parts; Divers weights and measures forbidden; Told to remember Amalek.
* 26 * Rite of offering first fruits, 3rd year tithes; Commanded to obey.
* 27 * Set up stones with commandments written on them to be read by the people; commandment to obey God; Curses of the law; He that makes a graven image; He that setteth light by parents; He that moves a landmark; He that causes the blind to wander; He that perverteth judgement of widow - stranger - or orphan; He that lieth with his father's wife, or with any beast, or his sister, or his mother-in -law; He that smiteth his neighbor secretly, He that taketh reward to slay innocent; He that does not all the words of the law .
* 28 * Blessings for obedience and cursings for disobedience.
* 29 * Moses exhorteth to obedience -- secret things belong to God.
* 30 * Mercy promised to the penitent - even in captivity; The commandment is nigh, it is not far off; Life and good, death and evil set before the people.
* 31 * Moses encourages people; The entire law to be read every seven years; God prophecies of Israel's falling away; Moses writes song.
* 32 * The song of Moses; The Magesty of God; Obedience is life; Moses to go to Mt. Nebo to die.
* 33 * The blessing of Moses for the 12 tribes.
* 34 * The death of Moses whose eye was not dim nor his natural force abated .
